Once you contact us, we will respond with instructions to process your return. 

We  ship freshly made orders within three (3) business day(s). In any case of delay, we will contact you. Standard shipping of products purchased on our Site is via independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by BCBC Coffee Roasters, Inc. Please allow five (5) to eight (10) business days for standard delivery once an order has been shipped from our facility.
